The Crash Recovery System is currently available with three different databases. These databases contain all mass-production vehicles that are available in the specific market with at least one (optional) airbag.
All mass-production cars with at least one (optional) airbag on the European Market (left-hand drive) are included into this database.
To date, more than 2000 models with over 20000 model variants are included from 62 OEMs.
All mass-production right-hand drive vehicles with at least one (optional) airbag introduced 1998 or later and sold in the United Kingdom are included in this database.
A total of 1200 vehicles from 54 OEMs are included so far. Older vehicles and trucks with right-hand drive will be added later.
All mass-production trucks (left-hand drive, > 3.5 t) with at least one (optional) airbag on the European Market are included into this database. The truck information is specifically adapted to the needs of emergency responders and therefore also includes some symbols that are not used for passenger vehicles, for example the suspension of the chassis, seats and cabin. For all common safety components the same symbols are used. Emergency responders can also retrieve information on how to shut off the engine and the electrical system.
More than 220 Models with more than 2000 variants from 16 OEMs are included.
All mass-production right-hand drive trucks (> 3.5 t) with at least one (optional) airbag produced for the UK market are included in this database. Overall there are over 200 models with approximatly 2000 variants from 15 OEM's included.
The North American Database contains all mass-production vehicles with at least one (optional) airbag sold in North America.
More than 1700 models from 56 OEMs are included by now.
