CRS Preview: New tractors into the CRS
Tractors are involved in accidents regularly as they can topple over during work on hills and mountains. Naturally, we saw the need to support first responders in the event of such accidents, and that is why earlier this year, we registered various tractors in the Crash Recovery System. Recently we received a request from several satisfied users to register more tractor brands.
Expansion of the CRS database
Our automotive technicians are currently working on adding the entire Fendt tractor series to the agricultural database. No fewer than 12 models will be added, including components and provided with all of the safety-related information for the rescue sheets. These will be added to the CRS in the coming months, along with tractors from other iconic manufacturers of farming machines such as Claas, Deutz-Fahr, John Deere and Massey Ferguson.
Support by the CRS
Adding the extra tractors to the CRS will provide crucial information at the scene to first responders. In countries where registration plates are linked to our database, querying these tractors is also possible in many cases through license plate selection in the CRS, in addition to manual selection.
Are there vehicles in your area that have not yet been added to the Crash Recovery System?
