New scenario available for VR app
Moditech has developed a Virtual Reality (VR) App specially for training. This App allows first responders to practice with modern vehicles anytime, anywhere, without the need of setting up a ‘live’ scenario using modern vehicles.
The CRS is an integrated part of the exercise in our VR App. The effects of an accident and the visual aspects of the crashed car are combined with vehicle information from CRS.
In addition to the already existing three scenarios, we have added the fourth scenario to the VR App. In it, a user can practice how to deactivate a Hyundai Xcient Fuell Cell hydrogen truck. To make the scenario even more realistic, we have added a thermal imaging camera and H2-meter which the player has to use to go through the scenario and secure the vehicles.
Interested in testing the VR training module? Then download the file for Oculus Quest VR glasses from our website: www.moditech.info/crsapp/oculus.
