LIVEOP X: integration with Crash Recovery System

New in the upcoming release (1.78) of our partner LIVEOP X for our Dutch users: integration with Crash Recovery System (CRS). Number plates are automatically recognized and marked in the notepad; with a click on the number plate, the right page in the CRS application is immediately opened.
